For what purpose are they used?

CIAP s.p.a. uses the Google Analytics service provided by Google Inc. to manage the Site. DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER AND DURATION OF TREATMENT

The processing of data connected to the web services of the CIAP s.p.a. as indicated above, they take place at the headquarters of the data controller. With reference to the information generated by the third-party cookies used by our site, these are communicated to Google Inc. and take place on Google's servers in the United States.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the User is free to provide the personal data necessary in order to execute his specific requests. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

COMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION AREA
The data that Users voluntarily provide (eg for the forwarding of specific requests, for registration to services, purchases, etc.), may be disclosed to third parties only if this is strictly necessary and functional to the purposes of the processing in compliance with the specific information provided pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Furthermore, the data may be known and processed within the organization of CIAP s.p.a., by the personnel expressly designated as the person in charge and / or responsible for the processing according to their respective authorization profiles. Authorized and responsible persons will be able to carry out consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other appropriate operation, even automated, only in cases where they have been expressly authorized to do so.
In the event of an express request and in the circumstances authorized by law, the data may be communicated by CIAP s.p.a. to the Public Security Authorities and the Police forces. With reference to the information generated by the third-party cookies used by the owner's site, these are communicated to Google Inc. within the limits indicated on this page.
No navigation data is disseminated in any way.
With reference to their personal data, the interested party may, at any time, exercise the rights that the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 recognizes. You can therefore request access, rectification, cancellation of personal data, limitation of the processing that concerns you, as well as you can oppose the same and request the portability of the data processed.
