Google analytics

CIAP s.p.a. uses the Google Analytics service provided by Google Inc. to manage the Site. DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER AND DURATION OF TREATMENT

E-mail: the spontaneous sending of e-mails to the e-mail addresses indicated on our site, involves the acquisition by CIAP s.p.a. the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data, including attachments, included in the message. The e-mail boxes assigned to the addresses indicated on our site and any other CIAP s.p.a. they are not personal in nature, even when they contain the name and / or surname of a natural person. In fact, they belong to the organization of CIAP s.p.a. and have the primary purpose of allowing the carrying out of work activities within the company. Therefore, in order to ensure maximum organizational efficiency in the communication and provision of services, the messages forwarded to our e-mail boxes may be known not only by the recipient but also by other people belonging to the organization of CIAP s.p.a. PLACE OF TREATMENT

The processing of data connected to the web services of the CIAP s.p.a. as indicated above, they take place at the headquarters of the data controller. With reference to the information generated by the third-party cookies used by our site, these are communicated to Google Inc. and take place on Google's servers in the United States.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the User is free to provide the personal data necessary in order to execute his specific requests. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

Authorized and responsible persons will be able to carry out consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other appropriate operation, even automated, only in cases where they have been expressly authorized to do so.

In the event of an express request and in the circumstances authorized by law, the data may be communicated by CIAP s.p.a. to the Public Security Authorities and the Police forces. No navigation data is disseminated in any way.

INTERESTED PARTIES’RIGHT
